Our combination treatment for the summer is the Stretch and Relax  massage—a 30-minute Thai massage followed by a 60-minute-deep tissue massage. This treatment is completed with Brahmi Oil—a cooling Ayurvedic oil meant to soothe and cool the system. This oil is not only calming, it also is known to promote sleep, and revitalize the nervous system.

Starting with a 30-minute traditional Thai massage design to prepare the body for the deep tissue massage and is complementary to what follows next—a 60-minute-deep tissue massage.

Just like Yoga, Thai massage is stimulating and balancing all the body systems. It helps to increase flexibility and relieve tension in the body. Deep tissue massage has many health benefits like injury rehabilitation and releases stress. Deep tissue massage is also very cleansing to the body. Overall, this treatment is effective in creating health benefits on all levels, and of course, it is so heavenly relaxing.
